Last month, the Eastern Shoshone Tribe hosted their first Rapid Word Collection. Eastern Shoshone speakers, Elders, and support staff came together over a 2-week period to create their comprehensive dictionary database. The event was a huge success for reinvigorating the language and was spotlighted in a WyoFile news article.
